IBS is one of the most common digestive conditions, and it can be genuinely debilitating.

If symptoms are affecting your day to day life, you are not alone and you do not have to manage it by yourself.

Many clients come to me after trying advice that did not help, or because they are unsure whether it is IBS or something else. I help you get clarity and take control of your bowel symptoms with a personalised, evidence based nutrition plan. Triggers and symptoms vary from person to person, so a one size fits all approach rarely works.

I am trained in the low FODMAP diet, one of the most well researched dietary interventions for IBS. If it is appropriate for you, I will guide you through three clear phases.

Elimination - for 4 to 6 weeks
Reintroduction - to identify your specific triggers
Personalisation - to build a long term, balanced way of eating

In your first session, I will complete a thorough assessment of your medical history, symptoms, diet, and lifestyle. You will leave with clear written goals and practical next steps. You may also be asked to keep a food and symptom diary so we can track progress and refine your plan in follow up appointments.
