I have a particular interest in supporting adults over 65, as maintaining muscle becomes increasingly important with age and standard BMI cut offs are often less useful in later life. That said, this process begins years earlier, so if you are underweight or struggling to maintain your weight, it can be helpful to seek support sooner rather than later.
