• A personal mobile phone is used for calls, texts, and emails, and is password and fingerprint protected
• Only the business owner has access to devices and accounts
• Client initials, rather than full names, are used on handwritten notes and digital reports
• Numbers are used instead of names in the Google Calendar
• Documents are stored securely on a laptop and shared only with the relevant client

Any documents such as letters from consultants are securely destroyed once they are no longer required.

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

With your prior consent, relevant information may be shared with:

• GPs or medical consultants
• Other registered health professionals involved in your care

Any data sharing is carried out in accordance with UK GDPR requirements and the British Dietetic Association (BDA) Code of Ethics.
